If you wish to exchange an item purchased online, please follow these guidelines:

Returns conditions

  • Ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all packaging intact.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges can be made by visiting our store in person, subject to the condition of the purchased glasses.

Please note, no refunds are offered for online purchases—only exchanges are allowed under the conditions stated above.

  • The product can only be exchanged by visiting the store in person and is subject to the condition of the purchased glasses.
